had an amazin stay at anchorage guest house. the location is super close to the loch and restaurants, so we could walk everywhere. the room was really clean and comfy, and chloe was the best host, always ready to help. we loved chillin in the hot tub after our long days. breakfast was also great, cooked fresh!
the walls were kinda thin, so we heard some noise from other rooms. also, the bathroom door handle was stickin and could use some fixin.

Couples looking for a peaceful retreat
I had a delightful time at this guest house. The hot tub was a real game changer, especially after a day of exploring. The bed was so comfy, I could just melt into it after a long day. Chloe? She was the best, welcoming us with open arms.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the quality made it worth it.

Perfect spot for exploring!
Had a good stay here! The place was super clean and the host was friendly, really helpful with local tips. Location was killer for checking out the castle and loch. Plus, I found a fab little cafe nearby for brekkie, but the full cooked breakfast was a bit lacking—only one slice of bacon, really? Still, great value for what you pay!

The room was clean and had a comfy bed, but wow, it was small! I could hear everything next door, which made it hard to sleep. The hot tub was cool, but the walls are paper-thin. Nice decor, though! great tea and coffee facilities. Just wish there was more space to move around and some better noise insulation. pretty decent for a quick stay.

Gotta shout out the Lomond Fish Bar for a cracking fish supper! The juicy meat dishes from Cucina Ristorante were pure dead brilliant as well. Plus, the clean room and welcoming host topped off a good experience.
The walls were paper-thin – I could hear every wee chat from next door! The hallway towel situation was a bit dodgy, we ended up with none when we returned.

Absolutely loved the central location! Just a stone's throw from the loch and charming pubs. The host was super friendly and shared awesome local tips. On the downside, the thin walls made it a bit noisy at times. 😊
